I have a nice 25 m2 room in Siemensdamm, which I am renting for the month of January 2025, the price has a great discount because I need this person to be a #catlover and be able to take care of my cat for this month.

The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the U7, in addition to having many shops nearby such as EDEKA, NETTO, REWE, DM, PHARMACY, RESTAURANTS, DONER SHOPS, etc. (all within 5 minutes walking).

It is very easy to connect to the Ring, it is only 3 stations from Jungfernheide. From there you can reach all of Berlin in 20 minutes.

In the apartment, you would be living with my friend (30 years old),she is very friendly and independent, love going to flohmarkts, love music, and art.Each of us has our own room (both rooms are 25m2), and we share spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom. It is important to always keep not only the common spaces clean, but also the room to be rented.

Along with renting the room, I’d need you to take care of my cat, who’s super low-maintenance and very affectionate. She mainly needs feeding twice a day (she has an automatic feeder), fresh water, and a clean litter box. She loves occasional playtime and is great company. If you’re a cat lover or just enjoy having a furry friend around, she’ll definitely make your stay even better!
