Das Zimmer ist ca. 8qm groß und Licht durchflute. Zu dem Zimmer kommt ein weiterer Raum (ca. 2qm groß), den ich als Kleiderraum und Lager genutzt habe.
Du hast dirket vor der Tür mehrer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann, Penny, Türkischen Supermarkt, etc. . Desweiteren hat man nach nur 2min Fußweg die Bushaltestelle vor einem mit der man in 9min am Rathaus Spandau ist oder in der U7. Fitnessstudios sind auch verschiedene vorhanden von McFit, Goldsgym, Fitx und co. . Am Rathaus Spandau hat man dann viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Da man wirklich von viel Wasser umgeben ist, hat man tolle Laufstrecken oder Sommeraufenthalte am oder auf dem Wasser.
Du lebst zusammen mit Hieu, einem IT-ler und Florian der ebenfalls neu eingezogen ist. Man trifft sich häufig in der Küche und man quatscht über seinen Tag. Beide treiben gerne Sport in ihrer Freizeit oder schauen sich einen Film an. Sie sind auch sehr hilfsbereit, wenn du ein Problem hast.
Du wärst mein Nachmieter und hast die Möglichkeit meine Möbel auch eventuell zu übernehmen.
