The kitchen has a dish washer, a big fridge with a freezer and an oven and cooking field.

Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite teilweise im Büro und zu Hause. Daher hättest du die Wohnung auch öfter für dich alleine. Schön wäre gemeinsam etwas zu kochen, aber das ist kein Muss und jeder hat seine Ruhe. Ich würde mir wünschen die Wohnung gemeinsam sauber zu halten auch mit einem abwechselnden Putzplan um sich diese lästige Arbeit aufzuteilen. Ansonsten bin ich offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen oder auch nur ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche. :)
Neben der Warmmiete von 450€ warm wird eine Kaution von 650€ als Sicherheit verlangt, da das Zimmer voll möbliert ist.
