We offer a room in an approximately 100 sqm apartment, located approximately three minutes from the Alt-Spandau underground station and the Rathaus Spandau S+U train station.
The apartment is barrier-free, located on the 3rd floor in the front building, and consists of three rooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, etc.
The room is approximately 17 sqm, features two windows, a small closet, a big shelf, a mattress, hanger rack and a mirror. It is partly furnished.
The apartment is located approximately three minutes from the Alt-Spandau underground station and the Rathaus Spandau S+U train station.
With the S-Bahn, you can reach the main station and the City West directly in about 15 minutes.
The apartment is situated in the oldest district of Berlin, right next to the beautiful old town of Spandau. Countless shops, supermarkets, and the Spandau arcades are in the immediate vicinity. Ikea and a large department store are within walking distance.
We are looking for a new female housemate!
The housemates (a man and a woman) work usually on weekdays. They’re friendly, calm and very considerate.
We make cleaning-plan by ourselves, ensuring a clean and pleasant living environment.
The rooms are available from 2024/12 until 2025/11 (1 year), with the option for extension. The rent is 600 euros, including all costs such as electricity and internet. The deposit is €950.
When you rent the room, you will receive a confirmation from the landlord to register with the Citizens’ Registration Office.
