Das Zimmer hat 20 m^2 und ist sehr hell, da es zwei große Fenster hat. Die Küche und das Bad kann mitbenutzt werden. Wenn ich mal nicht da bin habe ich auch kein Problem wenn mein Zimmer als Gästezimmer für Besuch von Freunden genutzt wird :)
Wir haben super liebe Nachbarn die auch nichts sagen wenn man mal etwas länger laut ist.

Mit der Regio ist man sehr gut angebunden und relativ schnell am Hauptbahnhof.
Mit dem XBus ist man auch schnell in Charlottenburg und am Zoo.

2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein Penny in dem man eigentlich alles findet was das Herz begehrt und wenn nicht brauchst du 7 Minuten zum nächsten Rewe.

Ich bin Luisa (20) und ich bleibe in der Wohnung. Ich studiere Biologie im Bachelor an der HU.

Ich wünsche mir das wir nicht nur zusammen wohnen, sondern auch mal Zeit miteinander verbringen: Sei es zusammen kochen, ein Film schauen oder was zusammen trinken gehen.

Ein sauberer Umgang mit den gemeinsamen Rümen ist mir sehr wichtig. Es muss nicht übertrieben ordentlich sein, aber so das sich alle wohlfühlen können :)
