Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtgröße von 94 qm und liegt in der 3. Etage.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer sowie einen Balkon.
Neben den 3 Schlafzimmern wir eine große Wohnküche gemeinsam genutzt.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 12 qm groß.
Es ist möbliert mit Bett inkl. Bettwäsche, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch.
Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am Wasser mit Blick auf die Insel Eisweder. Die Gegend lädt zu langen Spaziergängen der Havel entlang ein. Auch der Spandauer Forst ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es gibt ein Fitnessstudio mit großem Wellnessbereich um die Ecke. Das ist unser persönliches Highlight :)
Eine Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig entfernt. Mit diesem Bus erreicht man das Rathaus Spandau von wo aus die U7 sowie Züge der Deutschen Bahn fahren.
Wir sind 2 alleinerziehende Mütter, die in dieser Wohnung mit ihren Söhnen (2 und 4 Jahre alt) leben.
Die Kinder sind tagsüber in der Kita und auch sonst sind wir viel unterwegs. Eine Mama ist als Bankkauffrau tätig und die andere Mama studiert im Master.
