Hi everyone,
I am looking for a calm and an easy-going flat mate starting from 1.7.2024 for a shared flat in a furnished room in Steglitz. The contract will be signed directly with the landlady. The room is 18 sqm while the whole flat is 60 sqm. The rent per month amounts to 550e and deposit is 200e. Anmeldung is possible.
Looking For
I am looking for someone calm and easygoing. We do not need to share the same interests, but a similar world view would help. Therefore, please no sexism, no racism, no homophobia.
WG Leben
You will be sharing the flat with me. I am 34 years old, and I am a full-time employee. I play volleyball and paddle, and travel in my free time. I do not throw any parties in the flat since I spend a calm evening in the flat after a long day at work.
WG Location
It is 1 min from Sbahn Feuerbachstr. and 4 min walking distance from Walther Schreiber Platz. Schloßstr., one of the longest shopping streets, is around 100-150 m away. There you can find many options for shopping such as Edeka, Rewe and Aldi etc.
Additional Information
The contract will be valid until I move out of the flat since the landlady needs the flat for herself. However, my plan is to stay here at least for another year or 1.5 years. Therefore, there is big chance that the contract will be further extended if everything works out.
We need a new budget friendly fridge that we need to buy together as the current one is quite old.
Landlady can communicate only in German so some knowledge of German (A2) would be helpful.
