I found a flat, it's a miracle. I am seeking a flatmate now. The flat has two rooms and we can figure out together who will take which room. There is one room with a balcony. The room without balcony is a bit larger.

Washing machine is there.

Thee room on the pictures is not the room that is for rent but the other room in the flat. But it basically has the same furniture and looks the same but has a balcony. I will provide more pictures soon.

Anmeldung/Registration at the officials is no problem.

Close to FU University. Supermarket Aldi just across the street. Train Station S-Bhf. Sundgauer Strasse just around the corner 5 minutes of walk.

The actual address is Berliner Strasse/Sundgauer Strasse 14169 Berlin. But this address is shown in the announcement at another place in Berlin because the street name is more often in Berlin. So I took an address around the corner to make the location on the map correct.

I am working full time sometimes from home office and somethimes I am out. Sometimes I am with my friend at another place. I am happy and relaxed. I have shared flat experience for 3 years.

We still need to figure out the questions of internet and power supply.
