Da ich für einen Jobwechsel relativ spontan in eine andere Stadt ziehe, suche ich zum 01.03. einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin.

As I’m moving to another city for a job change, I’m looking for a new tenant to take over my lease starting on March 1st.

Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, zum Hinterhof gelegen und dager hell und ruhig. Es gibt außerdem einen kleinen Balkon. Grundmobiliar (Bett mit extra Ausziehmatraze, Tisch, Stuhl, Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Glastisch, Nachttisch) ist vorhanden und bleibt. Rauchmelder vorhanden.

Die Küche ist mit Spüle, Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es eine Spülbecken mit Spiegel, sowie Duschkabine in Badewanne. Im Flur steht eine Spülmaschine.

The room is approximately 20 square meters, facing the backyard, making it bright and quiet. There is also a small balcony. Basic furniture (bed with an additional pull-out mattress, table, chair, sofa, wardrobe, glass table, and bedside table) is included and will remain. A smoke detector is installed.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom has a sink with a mirror and a shower cabin within the bathtub. A washing machine is located in the hallway.

Wohnung liegt 5 min. von der S-Bahn-Station Feuerbachstraße entfernt. 10. min. bis zur U-Bahnstation Walther-Schreiber Platz. 15 min. bis Südkreuz, von wo Fernzüge fahren.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn station Feuerbachstraße, a 10-minute walk from the U-Bahn station Walther-Schreiber-Platz, and 15 minutes from Südkreuz, where long-distance trains depart.

Aktuell leben gibt es zwei männliche Mitbewohner. Jeder macht sein Ding, da alle beschäftigt sind. Zusammenleben ist aber respektvoll und sehr ruhig. Eher eine Zweck-WG. Perfekt um in Berlin abzukommen.

Currently, there are two male roommates. Everyone does their own thing since everyone is busy. However, living together is respectful and very quiet. It’s more of a functional shared apartment. Perfect for settling in Berlin.

In Warmmiete von 790 Euro ist alles (Strom, Wasser, Internet) inbegriffen. Vermieter ist eine Privatperson, der die Wohnung gehört. Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
