Ich biete mein Wohnheimzimmer ab dem 01.März bis zum 31.Juli zur Untermiete an. Warmmiete ist 520,20 Euro nach Vertrag. Kaution 2x Monatsmiete.Auch kann man ein Fitnessstudio zusätzlich umsonst benutzen.
Das Zimmer ist in sehr gutem Zustand, da es erst vor kurzem saniert wurde. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Ein Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und ein großer Schrank sind Teil des Zimmers. Es befindet sich circa 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Freien Universität, nähe S Mexikoplatz. Das Zimmer ist in einer ruhigen und sauberen 6er WG, von der alle Mitbewohnerinnen und Mitbewohner Anfang 20 sind und studieren. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr unkompliziert und höflich und es wird auf die Privatsphäre der anderen geachtet.
Außerdem gibt es jeweils zwei separierte Duschen und WCs, die jeweils neu saniert wurden und in sehr gutem Zustand sind. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt ein Wohnzimmer.

Hello,
I am offering my dorm room for sublet from March 1st to July 31st. The warm rent is €520.20 per month according to the contract. Security deposit: two months’ rent. Additionally , you can use the on-site gym for free.
The room is in very good condition, as it was recently renovated. It is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and a large cupboard. The room is located about 15 minutes by bike from the Free University and near S-Bahn station Mexikoplatz.
You will be living in a quiet and clean 6-person shared apartment (WG), with all roommates being students in their early 20s. The atmosphere is very uncomplicated and polite, and everyone respects each other’s privacy.
There are also two separate showers and toilets, which were recently renovated and are in very good condition.
