Hier lässt es sich wirklich entspannt leben! Die Umgebung hat fast ein bisschen Dorfcharakter – es ist unglaublich ruhig, und die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn du mal Unterstützung brauchst, kannst du dich darauf verlassen, dass man dir gerne hilft. Da das Haus nicht direkt an der Straße liegt, bleibt es hier angenehm leise – perfekt zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen.

🚆 Mit der S1 bist du super angebunden:

In Richtung Westen erreichst du schnell Wannsee und Schlachtensee – ideal für entspannte Sommertage am Wasser. 🌞
In Richtung Zentrum bist du in nur zwei Stationen am Rathaus Steglitz (Shopping!!! 😍) oder in ca. 20 Minuten mitten in der Stadt.
🚌 Busverbindungen gibt es in Richtung West- und Südberlin, und es gibt sogar eine Direktverbindung zur Freien Universität – naja, zumindest zu einem Teil davon … die Uni ist ja über ganz Berlin verteilt. 😉
