vegane Aktivisti WG

Hello I am looking for a new warm FINTA* cohabitation, where people want to move in with me in the long term. (Queer+BIPOC preferred)
To the room: the room has large windows and goes towards the street. The road is small and quiet. Besides, your room has a balcony. The rest of the apartment goes towards the courtyard. The courtyard has large trees and is very green. The room is in itself unfurnished. But if you don't have anything in the beginning, I can lend you something for the first days (matt, coat rack, shelf).
The apartment is a attic apartment and therefore beautifully bright. Despite the attic, your room will not be so warm in summer as it is not on the sunny side.

The apartment has a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and tub. Everything is set up, but you can also make things:).

Prison is 1.06.2025. It would also be possible to include:) The room is indefinite, so ideal if you want to stay in Berlin in the long term.

The WG is located in Steglitz about 3 minutes walk from the metro station Breitenbachplatz.

We're super well connected. There are public transport, supermarkets, parks, etc.
Once a month there is a beautiful flea market on the Breitenbachplatz!!!
I have a lot to do: studying, activism, stuff doing, sports... If I'm not on the go, but I like to relax at home while cooking in the kitchen or together in one of our rooms and look forward to being there! I'm sociable and I don't like purpose Worlds. I also like visiting. There are more friends there, sometimes over the weekend. Your visit is also very welcome. I have an extra mattress I like to borrow. So you'd feel comfortable here if you're in a mood at home.

For all of us, the WG should be a real home where we feel comfortable. Of course, it can sometimes happen in everyday trubels to see each other more rarely for a time, but I wish to keep up-to-date and not just live by each other. I wish you a real connection and a home you can look forward to after a long day. Since climate justice and social justice are very close to my heart, I wish a person who also represents these values. I have a diversified, mindful attitude and appreciate honest and open communication. I look forward to sharing experiences!

Lena (they/her/human) (24)I am currently studying social work and have many hobbies: for example, activism, many different sports (jogging, acro yoga, table tennis, boulders, cycling, slacklining,...), reading, clothes swapping parties and non-violent communication. Besides, I like to make games evenings and like to spend time in nature. I also like to talk to fellow residents and visit all possible topics. I just started with Foodsharing, so there is definitely some free saved food :)
Political issues that are particularly important to me are animal rights, intersectal queerfeminism, and climate crisis.

We are currently cleaning in the WG after a cleaning plan.

For shared items like all lamps, clothes racks, vacuum cleaners, etc., there is a 160€ detachment that you get from new roommates when you pull out again.

There's a closet in the hall where you can store things if you like. There is also a very large basement compartment.

Hallo ich suche ein neues herzliches FINTA* Mitbewohni*, wo Mensch langfristig bei mir einziehen möchte. (Queer+BIPOC bevorzugt)
Zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer hat große Fenster und geht Richtung Straße. Die Straße ist klein und ruhig. Außerdem hat dein Zimmer einen Balkon. Der Rest der Wohnung geht Richtung Innenhof. Der Innenhof hat große Bäume und ist sehr grün. Das Zimmer ist an sich unmöbliert. Aber falls du am Anfang noch nichts hast, kann ich dir auch was für die ersten Tage leihen (Matratze, Kleiderstange, Regal).
Die Wohnung ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung und daher wunderschön hell. Dein Zimmer wird trotz Dachgeschoss nicht so warm im Sommer, da es nicht auf der Sonnenseite liegt.

Die Wohnung hat eine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Alles ist eingerichtet, aber du kannst gerne noch Sachen dazu stellen :).

Einzugsdamtum ist der 1.06.2025. Eher einziehen wäre auch möglich :) Das Zimmer ist unbefristet, also ideal, wenn du längerfristig in Berlin bleiben möchtest.

Die WG ist in Steglitz circa 3 Minuten Fußweg von der U-Bahn Station Breitenbachplatz entfernt.

Wir sind super gut angebunden. Im direkten Umkreis gibt es öffentlichen Nahverkehr, Supermärkte, Parks, usw.
Einmal im Monat gibt es auf dem Breitenbachplatz einen sehe schönen Flohmarkt!!!
Ich habe einiges zu tun: Studieren, Aktivismus, Zeugs erledigen, Sport... Wenn ich nicht unterwegs bin, entspanne ich aber gerne zu Hause beim Quatschen und Kochen in der Küche oder gemeinsam in einem unserer Zimmer und freue mich, wenn du dabei bist! Ich bin gesellig und mag keine Zweck-WGs. Ich mag außerdem Besuch. Es sind öfters Freunde da, manchmal übers Wochenende. Dein Besuch ist auch sehr willkommen. Ich habe eine extra Matratze, die ich gerne verleihe. Du würdest dich hier also wohlfühlen, wenn du zu Hause auch Lust auf Geselligkeit hast! :)

Die WG soll für uns alle ein echtes Zuhause darstellen, in dem wir uns pudelwohl fühlen. Im Alltagstrubel kann es natürlich manchmal vorkommen, sich eine Zeit lang seltener zu sehen, aber ich wünsche mir, uns immer wieder regelmäßig auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen und nicht nur aneinander vorbei zu leben. Ich wünsche mir eine echte Verbindung und ein Zuhause, auf das man sich nach einem langen Tag freuen kann. Da mir Klimagerechtigkeit und soziale Gerechtigkeit sehr am Herzen liegen, wünsche ich mir eine Person, die diese Werte auch vertritt. Ich habe eine diversitätssensible, achtsame Haltung und schätze ehrliche und offene Kommunikation. Ich freue mich auf gemeinsame Erlebnisse!

Über mich:

Aktuell putzen wir in der WG nach einem Putzplan.

Für gemeinsam genutzte Gegenstände wie alle Lampen, Kleiderständer, Staubsauger usw. gibt es eine Ablöse von 160€, die du von neuen Mitbewohner*innen wieder bekommst, wenn du wieder ausziehst.

Es gibt im Flur einen Wandschrank wo du Dinge lagern kannst wenn du magst. Außerdem gibt es ein sehr großes Kellerabteil.
