Sie werden die Wohnung mit Matti (33) und Sophia (28) (ein Paar) sowie Enes (21) teilen – wir sind Musiker und Berufstätige, die in einer sauberen und komfortablen Wohnung leben. Idealerweise suchen wir einen berufstätigen Fachmann, der leicht mit uns auskommt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwei Etagen oben in einem renovierten Altbau, wo Sie den Charme traditioneller deutscher Gebäude mit moderner Einrichtung genießen können.

Wir haben zwei Badezimmer: Eines ist klein und hat keine Dusche, das andere ist groß und verfügt über eine Regendusche, eine Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken und eine Wasch-/Trockeneinheit in einem Gerät.

In der Küche haben wir auch eine hochwertige Kaffeemaschine mit einer modernen Geschirrspülmaschine, einem Induktionsherd und einem Ofen.

Sie werden diesen Ort lieben, da wir alle täglich sauber halten :)

Located on the 2 floors up in a renovated Altbau, you can enjoy the charm of traditional German buildings with modern decor.

We have 2 bathrooms: one is a small one with no shower, the other is a large one with a rain shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, and a washer/dryer all-in-one unit.

We also have a fancy coffee machine in the kitchen with a modern dishwasher, induction stove, and oven.

You will love this place as we all keep clean daily :)
