Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer (meins und deins) sowie Küche (voll ausgestattet), Bad und eine kleine Abstell-Nische. An meinem Zimmer ist ein kleiner Balkon, den du natürlich auch nutzen kannst.
Dein Zimmer wäre ab sofort frei. Es ist unmöbliert - falls gewünscht könnte ein Schreibtisch übernommen werden. Spätester Mietbeginn ist der 15.11.
Die Miete beinhaltet schon WLAN, Strom, etc :)
Das Zimmer wäre erstmal bis nächstes 31.8.25 befristet. Aber eine weitere Verlängerung ist ziemlich sicher!
Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, eine weitere 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Rathaus Steglitz erreicht man in 10-15 min zu Fuß.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar:
- nahkauf, ca 4 Minuten
- 2x Lidl, ca 8 Minuten
- 3x Edeka ca 15 Minuten
- rewe ca 15 Minuten
Ich bin 28, arbeite Vollzeit und in meiner Freizeit mache ich viel Sport, vor allem Volleyball. Daher bin ich auch nicht so viel zu Hause :)
