Die Wohnung ist in einem Studierendenwohnhaus in Steglitz, 5 min von S Südende und der Bus 181, 282 und 187 direkt vor der Haustür.
Das Zimmer ist 12 qm gross und zu der Wohnung gehört eine grosse Wohnküche mit Sofas und Esstisch und ein Bad mit Dusche. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit 140cm-Bett, Schreibtisch, kleinem Kleiderschrank und Bücherregal.
Du würdest mit zwei netten Studierenden zusammenwohnen, die du dann auch bei der Besichtigung kennenlernen würdest.
380 Euro wäre inklusive allem, also auch Nebenkosten, Strom, DSL und GEZ. Ich würde nur eine Kaution von 200 Euro nehmen. Der Einzugstermin wäre 7.12., möglicherweise auch früher (das hängt von meiner eigenen Planung ab, ich versuche es zum 1.12. hin). Die Untermiete würde erstmal drei Monate gehen mit Möglichkeit auf eine langfristige Miete.
