Liebe Interessenten,
wir vermieten ein Zimmer in einem Gründerzeit Stadthaus in Lichterfelde. Im Moment wohnen drei Personen im Haus. Das Zimmer ist frisch saniert.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es drei große Gemeinschaftsräume (insg. 65qm) und eine große Küche (13,5qm) und einen Wintergarten (7,5qm). Eins der Zimmer hat wunderschönes Tageslicht und könnte z.B. auch als küsntlerischer Arbeitsraum mitgentutzt werden (ein Klavier ist auch vorhanden, müsste aber bei Bedarf gestimmt werden). Die Küche kommt in einer Woche komplett neu, daher noch keine Fotos.
Die Möblierung der Gemeinschaftsräume wird zeitnah den Bedürfnissen der WG angepasst.

The room has just been renovated.
On the first floor there are three large communal rooms (65 sqm in total) and a large kitchen (13.5 sqm) and a conservatory (7.5 sqm). One of the rooms has beautiful daylight and could also be used as an artistic workroom (a piano is also available, but would have to be tuned if necessary). The kitchen will be completely new in a week, so no photos yet.
The furnishing of the communal rooms will be adapted to the needs of the flat-share.
Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und es gibt große Parkanlagen in der Nähe (einfach über Bäkebrücke laufen). Bushaltestelle ist drei Minuten zu Fuß und fährt nach Rathaus Steglitz, S-Lichterfelde West ist gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen (geradeaus Drakestraße runter). Es gibt ein Schwimmbad mit 50-Meter Becken in zehn Minuten zu Fuß.
The area and the rooms are very quiet and you can find large parks nearby (just walk over Bäkebrücke). Bus stop is three minutes walk and goes to Rathaus Steglitz, S-Lichterfelde West is easy to reach by bike (straight down Drakestraße). A swimming pool with a 50-meter pool is just a ten-minute walk away.

Wir wohnen als Teileigner selbst im Haus (ich und mein Bruder). Ich bin Datascientist und Wassersportlehrer, mein Bruder ist selbständig im 3D-Druck business. Dann lebt hier noch Handan, eine Graphic-Designerin aus der Türkei.
Um ein gepflegtes WG-Leben zu erleichtern, suchen wir eher nach Mitbewohner/Innen, deren Interessen sich mit unseren teilweise überlappen. Zum Beispiel Wassersport, Segelfliegen, Astrofotografie, künstlerische Tätigkeiten, Rennrad, Heimwerken, Fotografie ...
Wir möchten keine reine Zweck-WG, da wir finden, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume auch genutzt werden sollten, zum Beispiel für Gäste, Essen, Brettspiele etc...
Wir freuen uns etwas über euch zu lesen.

We live in the house ourselves as part owners (me and my brother). I'm a data scientist and water sports instructor, my brother is self-employed in the 3D printing business. Handan, a graphic designer from Turkey, also lives here.
We don't want a merely functional flat share, as we think that the communal areas should really be used to good purpose, for example eating, guests, board-games etc.
We are looking for active people whose interests partly overlap with ours in order to facilitate a well-kept shared flat life. For example, water sports, gliding, astrophotography, artistic activities, roadbiking, DIY, fotography....
