The room is from a 3-room apartment. Around 20 square meters. With a shared large balcony.(You will be sharing the balcony with me.)
You will also have your own bathroom. (But you need to come to another bathroom for shower.)
Built-in kitchen with good facilities.
But unfortunately Anmeldung is impossible.
The room can be rent for short and long. Depending on you. But long-term rent is preferred. We'll probably live together for one-month as a trial and see if we vibe.
The apt is located between u3 Breitenbachplatz and u9 Schlossstr. Bus stops 282 within 3 mins walk.
All kinds of supermarkets nearby.
You'll be living with two persons.
