We have a nice, spacious 16qm-room to offer in southwestern Steglitz-Lichterfelde, close to U+S Rathaus Steglitz and FU Berlin.

We are an international WG of 4women and a very friendly dog. We are currently looking for a new 4th person (preferably not working in home office!) for the 16qm room.
We have two bathrooms (so you would need to share your bathroom just with one other flatmate), a seperate room for storing things and hanging up laundry.
Please take a close look at the attached floorplan to get a good impression of the whole flat!

As my friendly DOG named "Oona" also lives here, openness, patience and kindness for dogs is essential.

Some more about the WG:
We are a woman only 4-WG’with Oona, the dog, a professional italian musician (opera singer and piano/ 34), a French dance-student (21) and me (the owner, Ex-photographer, now studying to be a Driving-instructor/ 54).
I´m interested in a new flatmate who enjoys nature, spirituality, healthy nutrition and personal development.

Our WG/ Co-living ranges somewhere between friendship and Berufstätige-ZweckWG. As we all have loads of projects and things to do, we need our home to be a quiet place and we need respect for our free time and space.

We are preferably looking for a new flatmate who is working/ studying (preferably no homeoffice please!) and for a friendly and tranquil personality who needs a lot of quietness and rest in their rooms.

As I am not Covid-vaccinated I’m looking for open minded and critically thinking people who don’t have a problem with this.
