I am subletting a furnished Bedroom in a WG for 2. It's in the heart of Kreuzberg next to many cafes. I would like to rent the room to 1 person, not a couple. In the rent, everything is included. No smoking no pets.
The apartment is very well located near the U bahn Südstern, next to parcs, cafes and bars. Best Location.
I am 38 years old. Living here for 18 years and worked mostly in design. I am looking for a new job, and will probably stay some of the time in the apartment as well. In January/ February I plan to travel a bit. I am looking for somebody more or less around my age (30-45). I will officially infrom my landlord and will be able to give you papers for the (Anmeldung).
