Ich habe eine schöne Altbauwohnung in Aussicht (100m2 / 3,5 Zi / Kosten pro Person ca. 620€ warm zuzüglich GEZ + Internet). Die Wohnung hat Holzböden, hohe Decken, Badewanne und Balkon. Es gibt 2,5 Zimmer für 2 Personen und 1 Wohnzimmer dazu. Bei der Aufteilung der Zimmer bin ich offen.
Sie liegt ca. 5min vom Tegeler See und 7min vom U-Bhf. Alt-Tegel entfernt. Hier ist man schnell im Grünen / am See und hat eine gute Verbindung in die Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. OG.
Ich (gerade 50 J. alt geworden) habe früher viel in WGs gelebt, die letzten 15 J. aber allein und möchte nun wieder gemeinsam wohnen.
Wichtig ist mir Kommunikationsfähigkeit (positive und negative Dinge ansprechen zu können) und, neben einem grundsätzlichen Bedürfnis nach Ruhe, habe ich auch Lust, gemeinsam zu essen, zu quatschen, Dinge zu teilen…
