Really nice flat in one of the most relaxed areas in Berlin! Modern bathroom, well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, comfortable living room with balcony. The whole flat was recently renovated. You room is fully furnished (bed, chair, desk, couch, wardrobe, mirror etc.)
Outside the centre, parks and a big lake only 300m away, 200m to the tube which takes you in 35min min to U+S Friedrichstraße (due to construction). 30min to Universities (HU, TU, IPU, Beuth). Busses in every direction also 200m from the flat. 600m to "Borsighallen" a big shopping mall. Plenty of other markets and shops within walking distance. Restaurants and cafés right outside the door
As i've made a lot of interesting experiences over the years living with people coming from all around the world, im always curious to share my guest room with interesting folks who enjoy a calm and respectfull flatshare. If you are also bringing the passion for cooking and the love for sharing (so do I obviously), i would be happy to call you my new roomy :)
About myself: Im a long time german entrepreneur now changing careers into working with refugees. Home for me is a place to recover and be peaceful. I have quite a lot of traveling and flatshare experience, so if we share the same values I do not care where you are coming from, how long you want to stay or who you love. Respect for all people, humility towards recources and honesty in your communication are theese values.
The room, kitchen, living room and bathroom are fully furnished, but as some of it is a bit outdated, we can discuss changing some of it, if we are planing to live together long term.
