Das 20 m² Zimmer befindet sich zum Hinterhof raus und ist komplett möbliert. Im Winter ist es angenehm warm, heizen ist nicht notwendig. Wir haben noch ein Wohnzimmer, welches du natürlich mitbenutzen kannst.
The 20 m² room faces the backyard and is fully furnished. In Winter it is pleasantly warm, so extra heating isn't necessary. We also have a living room, which you can of course share.
Ihr habt sehr nahegelegene Busverbindungen. U6 Kaiserin Augusta Straße (650m) oder Alt-Tempelhof. Ring Bahn Südkreuz oder Tempelhof.
Das Tempelhofer Feld ist 20 min zu Fuß entfernt. Den Bose Park nebenan kann ich zum Spazierengehen auch sehr empfehlen. An den Ecken sind zwei Kneipen mit günstigem Bier.

The Tempelhofer Feld is a 20-minute walk away. I can also highly recommend the Bose Park next door for a walk. There are two pubs on the corners with very cheap beer.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist super lieb, witzig und offen. Sie liebt Spieleabende, Sport wie Bouldern und entspannte Abende. Wenn du Ruhe brauchst ist sie total verständnisvoll oder zum Plaudern auch immer da :)
Sie ist Taiwanesin und spricht mit ihrer Freundin Mandarin. Englisch spricht sie sehr gut und versteht auch deutsch. Zwischendurch wird ihre Freundin in ihrem Zimmer wohnen, da Sie ihre Familie in Taiwan besucht.
My flatmate is super sweet, funny and open-minded. She loves game nights, sports like bouldering and relaxed evenings. If you need peace and quiet, she is totally understanding and always there to chat :)
She is Taiwanese and speaks Mandarin with her friend. She speaks English very well and also understands German. In between, her friend will stay in her room as she is visiting her family in Taiwan.

Die Pflanzen würden sich ab und zu übers Gießen freuen und Sauberkeit etc. ist auch wichtig einzuhalten.
Wenn sich die Daten nicht direkt überschneiden, können wir gerne darüber reden. Ich bin da sehr flexibel und kann auch einen Tag mehr oder weniger bei meinem Freund sein oder die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer nutzen.
