My name is Jasmin (Germany) and together with my roomate Arabella (Australia) searching for a new flatmate to take over lovely room in our apartament!
The room is available from the 1st August and should be rented at least 6 months, in exceptional cases, we can also talk.

Monthly rent: 640€
Within the monthly rent everything is included, such as the internet, gas, electricity, TV-Tax, Trash, except heating.
We are searching for a roommate, with whom we can share a nice and friendly atmosphere in the house. Privacy is respected, so no worries if you need your space sometimes, we too. We all have our separate lives but we will be more than happy to share some momenta sometime, cook some dinner or go out. The house is very tidy, quite a cozy and calm atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who will respect that, and take care of the space as well.
The apartment is fully furnished and has one bathroom and one eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, plates, pans, toaster, cluttery, etc.
As for the room, you will find a desk, bed, closet, towels, beddings, hanger, etc. (see pictures attached!).
With regards to the location, it is quite central and very well connected (U6 and Ring Bahn train station Tempelhof - 5 min). This train has a direct connection to Friedrichstr, Stadtmitte, Mehringdamm and Gesundbrunnen.
The Tempelhofer Feld is close to our house. Very nice to do sports or hang out in the summertime. You can also find nice restaurants and coffee shops. Also, in the backyard of the building we have a nice and large private garden.
A wide range of supermarkets around and IKEA are easily reachable by foot! The Tempelhofer Damm has plenty of Shops, Supermarkets and Stores.
