We are looking for someone to spend the summer with us!
We have an entire house with three separate flats and a cozy garden, perfect for community living.
Each flat is fully furnished, featuring a separate kitchen, bathroom, and living room, totaling approximately 110sqm. The garden is well-equipped with plants, pallet seats, a BBQ for summer, and an ice bath for winter.
This is an ideal home for those who enjoy living in a community and spending time together.
Your room is on the 2nd floor, beautifully furnished, and you’ll be sharing the flat with Julian and Paula. The apartment is kept very clean, thanks to our weekly cleaning service for common areas. Cleaning fees are 43 euros per month per person in addition to the rent.
Move-in and move-out dates are flexible within a few days.
Tempelhof is one of Berlin's greenest areas, with numerous parks perfect for a morning walk along the river. Supermarkets are conveniently located just across the street, only a 1-minute walk away.
Additionally, there’s a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants right next to our house, offering a variety of dining and shopping options.
The U6 station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick access to the city center.
In short, everything we need is right at our doorstep.
We established this community in 2021, and everything is still fresh and newly renovated. You'll be sharing a flat with two others on the 2nd floor, fostering a closer shared living experience.
The entire house operates as a community. You'll quickly get to know everyone through shared lunches and various activities, if you wish.
Although this is a sublet for a couple of months, we are looking for genuine individuals to share our home and hopefully maintain connections after your stay. In the future, there may also be opportunities for long-term rentals.
Our house is designed to feel like a cozy home where everyone truly belongs. We believe in being open and appreciating all perspectives without judgment. We embrace the power of diversity and support everyone, regardless of cultural heritage, whom they love, or what they believe in.

Dong
is a kind and enthusiastic biotechnologist and co-founder of biotech startups. In her free time, you will find Dong most likely hiking, reading, or painting.
Ludo
is a co-founder of a Berlin-based startup that develops a no-code solution for iOS development. She grew up in the North of Italy and is into gaming, art, and design.
Julian (your flatmate)
Loves techno music and is also doing lots of sports (mostly fitness), mixes some techno, and likes to watch anime. Mindfulness and growth are important things to him. He works as a creator who helps men to become more mindful lovers and better partners.
Paula (your flatmate)
She currently works at the Robert-Koch-Institute. When she’s not working she likes to go the gym, play card games, dance and hang out with friends
Georg
is a sustainability engineer who is enthusiastic about playing his guitar, singing, and Thai boxing (so he will definitely be our bouncer for all our festive activities). Ah, and Georg is also a savourer of (and this is a quote) "wannabe" art and culture.
Inès
moving over from the city of love Inès has dedicated her career to designing. In her free time, she plays the piano and no mountain (or bouldering problem) is too big for her to climb.
Tobias
A strategy consultant coming from medicine. Loves to go to the gym and to do all kinds of sports and outdoor activities.
The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.
