Hi everyone,
I’m subletting my cozy room in our beautifully renovated apartment for 7 months as I’m heading off on a trip to South America. My flatmate Antonio and I have lived together for two years, and we renovated the place ourselves with lots of love and care. We have a close, family-like atmosphere at home and are looking for someone who’ll fit right in.
The location is perfect: The S1 is right next door, the U7 is close by, and you can easily walk to the heart of Schöneberg. Twice a week, there’s a local farmers’ market on Crellestraße right in front of the house, and every second Sunday, there’s a lovely flea market – perfect for exploring the neighborhood!
We’re looking for someone young and open-minded, who, like us, will take good care of the apartment and our belongings. Most importantly, we want you to feel at home for the time you’re here.
The room comes fully furnished, but unfortunately, registration isn’t possible.
