I am sub-renting a big room, a lot of space, with basic/necessary furnitures.
It has a window, and the sun came in during the day. ☀️
The heating is an old-school fireplace (camin) working with wood and coil. You order once and they bring it to the home, easily. I can explain you better when we talk. It‘s nice, but it needs some attention.
Furniture: matras, blankets, lights, two shelves for clothes and books, a table, possibly two speakers, 1-2 carpets, three chairs, a small table. (my musical instruments are not part of it).

Alt Tempelhof Area, 5min to U6, close to bus, 2 stops to sbahnhof.
Close to many shops and supermarket, all you need is in 5-10minuets walk.
A dancing friend will be staying in the other room for a couple of months, he is easygoing and kind, going to dance school from morning to evening.
I am looking for someone responsible for my room.
Also, there is no place for hate, racism, sexism (i.e., homo/transphobia), fascism, and any negativity here.
