- The apartment has high ceilings and parquet flooring and has recently been renovated.
- The room faces west towards the green inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet. There is also a balcony next to my room, which can be used most of the time.
- The room has a built-in wardrobe and can be rented with or without furniture (bed, mirror, desk, desk chair, nightstand are available). You are welcome to decide what you want to use and we can move the rest to the basement.
- In the kitchen are a washing machine, dishwasher and everything else you need. In the bathroom there is a (small) bathtub with shower.

- Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und Parkettboden und wurde kürzlich renoviert.
- Das Zimmer hat eine Westausrichtung zum grünen Innenhof, ist dementsprechend sehr leise. Es gibt auch einen Balkon an meinem Zimmer, dieser kann meistens mitbenutzt werden.
- Das Zimmer hat eine eingebaute Schrankwand und kann mit oder ohne Möbel vermietet werden (Bett, Spiegel, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Nachttisch sind verfügbar). Du kannst gerne selber entscheiden was du davon nutzen möchtest und den Rest können wir in den Keller bringen.
- In der Küche ist eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und alles was man sonst so braucht. Im Bad gibt es eine (kleine) Badewanne mit Dusche.

- From the flat it is a 6-minute walk to Südkreuz (Ring) and about 12 minutes to Tempelhofer Feld.
- Bus stop 1min away (184 & 248).
- Edeka 1min walk away, from here otherwise Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland and Ikea are each about 10-15min walk away.
- The neighbourhood in which the flat is located is very green and both Tempelhofer Feld, Gleisdreieck Park and Viktoria Park can be reached very quickly (by bike in 5min).
- If you enjoy bouldering or CrossFit, there is a gym for both of them 10 minutes away.

Hello! I'm Luis, 30 yo, from Berlin, and my girlfriend just moved to Finland for her Master's degree. I am therefore looking for a roommate for the next 12 months with the possibility to extend by 6 months (until July 2026).
A bit about myself: I am an outdoor photographer and videographer working freelance. I love travelling and have a very active social life in Berlin. I would love to find someone who is occasionally up for doing stuff together such as cooking (vegetarian), going out, sports (rope climbing, bouldering, running, long boarding, cycling... you name it!), playing boardgames, having movie nights etc.
As I am working freelance, I need someone with a reasonably regular daily routine (I don't want to have after parties with strangers in the middle of the night on weekdays).

Da ich freiberuflich arbeite, brauche ich jemanden, der einen einigermaßen geregelten Tagesablauf hat (also bitte keine 10 Leute unter der Woche aus dem Club zum Aftern mitbringen).
