Hello there! We’re Jessica (31, UK, health scientist) and Lukas (35, Germany, media ops) and we’re looking for a third person to join our little community in a lovely Altbau apartment.
The apartment is a sunny and peaceful oasis in Alt-Tempelhof, right on a gorgeous park (with hedgehogs and turtles!). It’s very quiet here, yet super easy to get anywhere more lively - you're just 10–15 minutes by bike, Ringbahn, U6, or bus to Bergmannkiez or Schillerkiez (just a ride over the Feld).
It offers 150 sqm of bright, airy living space with high ceilings, large windows, and original parquet and hardwood floors. It has four separate rooms, two balconies (you’ll have your own), a spacious kitchen, a large (completely blue!) bathroom with windows, a guest WC, and a utility room.
The sublease is likely temporary, as the apartment will unfortunately be taken back by the landlord at some point. However, the arrangement will last at least 4–6 months, so we can make the most of our time together—especially during what promises to be a fantastic summer.

There’s always been a lovely harmonious vibe in the WG. We have separate social lives but we often eat together or cook enough food for everyone, in an informal way, so there’s a nice communal energy. We’d love someone who also wants to foster a relaxed sense of community (and not a ghost mitbewohner).
Interests in the house include yoga, cooking, video games, art, gigs, design, and geeking out on science, economics, politics, etc. We’re both vegetarian.
The ideal person has a bit about them and is in the same stage of life (early to mid 30s). Tidiness is important as we’re both working professionals - e.g. resetting communal spaces at the end of the day, etc.
It’s definitely not a party house as we’re well past our after-party years! We do have the occasional dinner party though.
Right-wing, anti-vax, etc ideologies are not a good fit.
