Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Das zu vergebene Zimmer besitzt bereits ein Bett und Regal, auch der Rest der sehr geräumigen Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Airfryer und Gasherd. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche ohne Badewanne.
Die WG ist 2 Minuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle und 7 Minuten Fußweg von dem Südkreuz-Bahnhof entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Zum Gebäude gehört ein Innenhof mit u.a. Spielplatz und Tischtennisplatte.
Die Wohnung wird zurzeit von alleine von mir, einer Kunststudentin, bewohnt. Ich bin eine sehr zuverlässige und ruhige Person und verspreche mir von meiner Mitbewohner*in das selbe.
Ansonsten wünsche ich mir eine gesellige, offene Person.
Ich lebe vegetarisch, also wäre es passend, wenn die Person das auch tut, es ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig.
