wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner oder einer Mitbewohnerin für eine 2-er WG in Tempelhof. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen direkt am Teltowkanal und Tempelhofer Hafen. Die U-Bahn-Station Ullsteinstr. (U6) ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dein Zimmer wäre ca.20 m² groß mit einem eigenen Balkon mit weiteren ca. 7m². Die Küche bietet genug Platz, um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Allgemein ist die Wohnung geräumig und dank der großen Fenster schön hell.
Dein Mitbewohner wäre ein 33-jähriger Ingenieur aus Berlin, der gerne Zeit mit WG-Mitgliedern verbringt, aber Menschen auch die gewünschte Ruhe lässt.
Der monatliche Mietpreis liegt bei 900€. Darin sind alle Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, GEZ) enthalten. Die Wohnung ist möbliert - wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.
Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher-WG ohne Haustiere. Der Einzug ist ab sofort möglich - ideal wäre an einem Wochenende. Anmeldung ist möglich.

We are looking for a roommate for a 2-bed flat share in Tempelhof. The apartment is in a great location right next to the Teltow Canal and Tempelhof harbor. The subway station Ullsteinstr. (U6) is a 2-minute walk away. Your room would be approx. 20 m² with a private balcony of approx. 7 m². The kitchen offers enough space to cook and eat together. In general, the apartment is spacious and bright thanks to the large windows.
Your flatmate would be a 33-year-old engineer from Berlin who enjoys spending time with flatmates, but also gives people the peace and quiet they want.
The monthly rent is €900. This includes all utilities (internet, electricity, GEZ). The apartment is furnished - as shown in the photos.
It is a non-smoking flat share without pets. Moving in is possible immediately - ideally on a weekend. Registration is possible.
