Furnished Room for Rent in a Cozy Flat near Tempelhof

Hi there! I'm renting out a furnished room in my cozy 45 m² flat located in the south of Tempelhof field, and close to Hermanstrasse. The room is 3.35m x 2.61m (with some new furniture), and it’s available from 15 April or before. The rent is 600€ per month, all included (utilities, internet, etc.).

The flat is about 5 minutes from two bus stops and about 10-15 minutes (or 5 minutes by bike) from Hermanstras S+U. Aldi and Lidl are both 5 minutes away from the flat. Rewe shop with late closing hours (23.30) also nearby (exactly next to the Hermanstras. S+U). You can reach Berlin Südkreuz in a very comfortable way, by a direct bus or from Hermanstras. (only two stops).
Beautiful Tempelhof park is also very close to the flat (10-15 minute) walking. There you can enjoy watching the sunset or go for a walking).
In general the district is very lively but the good thing the flat located in a calm and green street.

The flat is shared with just me (I’m a chill and open-minded person, working in music and freelancing). I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, and easy-going. I prefer a calm atmosphere, but I’m open to making sure we both have a practical, comfortable space.

The flat includes a cozy kitchen and a bathroom, and there’s no smoking allowed inside. Pets are open for discussion. The room is available for 3 months initially, with the possibility of extending to 6 months or more. The deposit is 1200€.

There are no written rules to follow in the apartment. Just common sense. But we can set some basic rules for cleaning and so on to ensure that everyone having a nice and comfortable space and place.

I also think that communication, as in any kind of relationship, is key. Therefore, I would appreciate a roommate who is open to a clear and direct communication.
