Das Zimmer ist etwa 14qm groß, hat ein Bett, einen Schrank, ein Bücherregal, einen kleinen Schreibtisch und ein eigenes kleines Bad mit Dusche. Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster zur Südseite und ist somit sehr hell. Auf Wunsch auch mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern.
Miete schließt Reinigung 1 x pro Woche ein.

The room is about 14 square meters, freshly renovated and has a bed, a closet, a bookcase, a small desk and its own small bathroom with shower. The room has a window to the south side and is therefore very bright. Bed linen and towels are available on request.
Rent includes cleaning once a week.
**The contract can be extended beyond the one month.**
Das Haus befindet sich in Tempelhof in der Nähe des U-Bahnhofs Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße (U6) und hat sonst auch mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Umgebung (u.a. M46). 100m vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen Park und das Tempelhofer Feld ist mit einem Fahrrad auch einfach erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Karstadt, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Netto, ... sind alle 5-10min. zu Fuß entfernt.
