Tolles möbliertes Zimmer in einer großen, 2 Personen WG, im Herzen von Tempelhof. Das Zimmer in der ehemaligen Bel-Etage des Wohnhauses zeichnet sich durch einen schönen, gemütlichen Balkon und seine Größe aus. Das Zimmer ist außerdem komplett möbliert, zur Südseite ausgerichtet, hat eine Couch mit Couchtisch, Bett mit Bettwäsche und Bezügen, Kleiderstange, Verstaumöglichkeiten, Sideboard etc. Das Zimmer liegt Richtung Innenhof des Hauses, weswegen es ebenfalls sehr ruhig und lichtdurchflutet ist. Außerdem hat man einen netten Ausblick auf den grünen Innenhof.

Great furnished room in a large, 2-person shared flat in the heart of Tempelhof. The room in the former Bel-Etage of the apartment building is characterized by a nice, cozy balcony and its size. The room is also fully furnished, south-facing, has a couch with coffee table, bed with bed linen and covers, clothes rail, storage space, sideboard etc. The room faces the inner courtyard of the house, which is why it is also very quiet and flooded with light. You also have a nice view of the green inner courtyard.

Die Lage ist Ideal für jeden der Berlin kennenlernen möchte, oder es Bereits schon kennt. Die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Direkt vor der Tür (2 Min) befindet sich die Ubahn Station Alt-Tempelhof (U6) mit welcher man Beispielsweise in 1 Station am Sbahn Ring ist (auch zu Fuß in 5 Min erreichbar) oder in ca. 15 Min an der Friedrichstraße ist. So gut wie jeder Bezirk ist dadurch in ca. einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Außerdem fahren diverse Busse.
Ebenfalls ein Hingucker ist das fußläufig erreichbare Tempelhofer Feld, sowie diverse Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

The location is ideal for anyone who wants to get to know Berlin, or already knows it. The connection is excellent. Directly in front of the door (2 min) is the subway station Alt-Tempelhof (U6) with which one is for example in 1 station at the Sbahn Ring (also reachable on foot in 5 min) or in about 15 min at Friedrichstraße. Almost every district can be reached in about half an hour. There are also several buses.
Also an eye-catcher is the Tempelhofer Feld, which is within walking distance. Supermarkets and all kinds of coffee shops and restaurants are nearby.

Im Alltag und am Wochenende ergibt sich eine entspannte, ruhige Atmosphäre in der man sich gelegentlich in der Küche zusammen findet. Nette Gespräche und ein angenehmer Austausch prägen das Zusammenleben in der großen geräumigen WG.
Auch nette Abende werden zusammen Verbracht, was aber kein muss ist. Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls ein wichtiger Faktor und ist für eine gute Lebensqualität unserer Auffassung nach essentiell.

There is a relaxed, quiet atmosphere in everyday life and on weekends in which one occasionally meets in the kitchen. Nice conversations and a pleasant exchange characterize living together in the large spacious WG.
Also nice evenings are spent together, but this is not a must. Cleanliness is also an important factor and is essential for a good quality of life in our opinion.

Die Wohnung ist ein Berliner Altbau und die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und Dekoriert. Die Wohnung hat einen industriellen rustikalen Charme. Besteck und jegliche Art von Geschirr, sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und Spühlmaschine sind für die gemeinsame Nutzung und zum Kochen und Backen vorhanden.

The apartment is an old Berlin building and the rooms are lovingly furnished and decorated. The apartment has an industrial rustic charm. Cutlery and all kinds of dishes, as well as a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher are available for common use and for cooking and baking.
