Hello there,
I have a room for sublet in a flat located in Tempelhof/Neukölln. It's an 18sq.m space in a 63sq.m flat, about 1 km from Hermannstr.
The room is comfortably furnished with a bed, clothes rail, desk, and carpet. It's pretty basic, but it's got everything you need to make yourself at home.
You can reach the S+U Hermannstr. (U8, Ringbahn, S46, S47 + other lines, and various buses) in 4min by bus or 10-12 min by feet.
There is a Lidl in front of the house, a lot of Spätis and restaurants at Hermannstr., an Aldi halfway there and a Rewe if you go in the other direction.
The Tempelhofer Feld is also just ca. 10 min. by foot.
You'll be sharing this space with me, Alicia (I'm a software developer), Filip, who's a concept artist, and our two cat companions.
We're pretty laid-back and prefer the quieter side of life, especially at home.
We can communicate in English, German, or Italian.
Since we both work remotely, we value a peaceful environment during work hours. This means you'll enjoy plenty of privacy and a relaxed atmosphere as well, if you also work from home.
The apartment is fully furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need - a washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge, dishes, a mixer, etc. So everything needed for everyday life.
To keep our shared living space tidy, we do a group clean-up once a week. Beyond that, we only ask that you help keep the common areas clean, and leave our roommates' room as you found it when moving out.
Just so you're aware, Filip and I will be in Paris for the first 10 days of July.
During this time, our friend, who'll be house/cat-sitting, will be your temporary flatmate.
She's a very friendly, kind and caring French girl that also lived with us in this flat in the past.
As I mention, you will share our home with two adorable cats.
So, unfortunately, if you have any allergies, this might not be the ideal place for you.
One cat is a recent rescue. She's very shy, is slowly starting to trust humans, and she tends to hang out in your room, while our older cat friend prefers to stay in our room at the moment.
Please be aware that if you take the room, a bit of care for the cat comes with it :)
We take a deposit of 100€ that will be returned to you the last day, if everything was left intact and the keys were given back.
Please note that registration (Anmeldung) isn't possible at all at this address.
There are also no parties or smoking allowed on the flat.
