Großes gemütliches WG-Zimmer mit Hund

Die Lage ist wirklich super! Man hat die U1 und U3 in 2min Entfernung, U2 in 5min plus Yorckstraße mit U7, S1, S2, S25 ect. auch fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min erreichbar. Dazu noch zahleriche Busse. Daher kommt man selbst bei Nacht oder DB-Streik gut weg und hin.

Es ist zwar Kurfürstenstraße, aber dennoch relativ ruhig, da es das Ende der Straße ist wo nicht mehr viel Trubel ist und das Zimmer sowieso im Hinterhaus liegt.
Vorm Haus ist ein Café und der Park gleich um die Ecke. Auch zahlreiche Dönerläden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, DM, Rossmann) sind innerhalb von 5 min erlaufbar.

The location is great! The U1 and U3 are 2 minutes away, the U2 is 5 minutes away, and Yorckstraße with the U7, S1, S2, S25 etc. are also within walking distance or 5 minutes by bike. In addition, there are numerous buses. So even at night or during a DB strike, it's easy to get there and back.
It is Kurfürstenstraße, but still relatively quiet, as it is the end of the street where there is not much hustle.
There is a café in front of the house and the park is just around the corner. There are also numerous kebab shops and groceries (Rewe, Edeka, DM, Rossmann) within 5 minutes walking distance.

Dein zukünftigen Mitbewohner wäre Timo (34). Er ist echt ein sehr netter, entspannter Typ und hat einen Hund Namens Ricky.
Timo verdient sein Geld mit Hundysitting, deswegen müsstest du natürlich sehr gut mit Hunden klar kommen. Du hast natürlich keine Verantwortung für die Hunde, aber an manchen Tagen sind bis zu 5 Hunde im Wohnzimmer/Küche (Alle Hunde sind aber recht lieb und interessieren sich meist gar nicht so für andere Personen), damit musst du fine sein.

Unser WG-Leben war eher zweckmäßig, aber echt entspannt, mal leute (auch länger) da haben ist auf jeden Fall kein Problem. Der Rest der Wohnung ist leider nicht so sonderlich schön, es gab vor einigen Jahren einem Wasserschaden, seit dem ist der Boden in Küche in Bad und Küche echt hässlich, aber viellecht bist du ja handwerklich begabt, dann steht dir offen da was schöneres rein zu machen. Außerdem ist Timo nicht der ordentlichste, daher wenn du sehr ordentlich bist, wirst du hier wahrscheinlich nicht glücklich.

Bei meinem Einzug musste ich eine hohe Ablösung für den schönen, neu gemachten Parkettboden zahlen, der nur in meinem Zimmer ist. Deswegen muss ich jetzt wieder eine recht hohe (aber weniger als ich damals bezahlt haben) verlangen, da ich nicht auf den Kosten sitzenbleiben möchte. Dafür ist die Kaution recht niedrig.

Your future flatmate would be Timo (34). He's a really nice, relaxed guy and has a dog, Ricky.
Timo earns his money with dog-sitting, so of course you should be very good with dogs. You don't have any responsibility for the dogs, of course, but on some days there are up to 5 of them in the living room/kitchen (all the dogs are quite sweet and usually not that interested in other people though), so you have to be fine with that.

Our shared WG-life was rather functional but really relaxed, having people round (even for longer) is definitely not a problem. Unfortunately, the other rooms of the flat aren't particularly pretty, there was water damage a few years ago and since then the floor in the bathroom and kitchen has been really ugly, but maybe if you're a handyman you'll be able to put in something nicer. Besides, Timo isn't the tidiest of people, so if you like it very clean and tidy, you probably won't be happy here.

When I moved in, I had to pay a high fee for the beautiful, newly made parquet floor, which is only in my room. That's why I now have to ask for a fairly high one again (but less than I paid back then), as I don't want to be stuck with the costs. Therefore, the deposit is quite low.
