The room has a bed, hanging rack, shelves, a desk and chair, a shared balcony and a projector ! I can leave a large screen in the room also to project a laptop so that you can work from the desk with multiple screens. The balcony is shared with one other housemate (F). The rent for the total time would be 450eu all included. There is a (small) dog in the house.

Der Balkon wird mit einem anderen Mitbewohner (F) geteilt. Die Miete für die gesamte Zeit wäre 450eu alles inbegriffen. Es gibt ein kleines Hund im Haus.
The flat is located halfway (5min walk) between Kurfurstenstrasse and Gleisdreieck stations (U1, U2, U3) and many bus lines. Potsdamer Platz is just 2 bus stops away. 10 minutes to Tiergarten and 20 minutes to Neukolln. Gleisdreieck park is nearby with lots of amenities. There are multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Die Wohnung liegt auf halber Strecke (5 Minuten Fußweg) zwischen den Stationen Kurfurstenstraße und Gleisdreieck (U1, U2, U3) und vielen Buslinien. Der Potsdamer Platz ist nur 2 Bushaltestellen entfernt. 10 Minuten zum Tiergarten und 20 Minuten nach Neukolln. Der Gleisdreieck-Park ist in der Nähe und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
We are an LGBTQ+ friendly house of young people who like to spend time together sometimes but also do our own thing. You will be sharing the flat with a girl from Sweden, a girl from Turkey and a boy from Spain. We have a living room with a TV and a playstation. The flat has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and 2 balconies. There is also a cellar and a garden and a bike locker downstairs.
