The room is quite spacious, there are 5 rooms in total in the apartment. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor with a shared kitchen and a dining/living room. There are 2 washrooms, one with a shower and one with only a basin and WC. It is a fully furnished flat. There are currently 5 people in the flatshare Myself (Nakoul) from India, Jens from Netherlands, Anton from Germany, Kiana from Germany and Fabrice from France. I am looking to sublet my room in the flat, as I'm travelling throughout my internship break. LG :)
The flat is a 10 minute walk from Potsdamer Platz and has a number of bus stops around. There are only cultural/official buildings around, so the neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed. It is located 200 meters from Tiergarten.
There are 2 guys and 2 girls living in the apartment.
1. Jens (22) is a drummer and is currently studying music at BIMM
2. Kiana (22) is also studying at BIMM and is a songwriter/composer
3. Anton (25) is working at Universal Music
4. Romane (22) is currently doing her internship in Berlin. She is from Paris
Everyone is pretty chill in the flatshare and usually busy with their work/uni/internships. We all value each others privacy but don't mind an occasional dinner together. The flatmates are also very quiet, so there is no disturbance.
The rent is all bills and utilities included
