As I will move out from the flat, we are looking for someone who can take over this lovely room in our beautiful Altbau apartment in Moabit.
The contract will start on the 01/02 but it is also possible to move in from the 15/01.
The contract will be long term and Anmeldung is possible.

The room is around 25 m^2. It is super spacious and bright, with a lot of storage and a nice view on the park. It is already furnished with a bed, sofa, closet, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, several sets of shelves and a nice rug.
The apartment has everything that you need. With your flatmates you will share a big living space, bathroom and kitchen which is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The apartment is in Moabit/Tiergarten. In 5 min you reach both, the U-Bahn Turmstrasse and the S-Bahn Bellevue. Several shopping opportunities are close by, and also nice restaurants !

You will be living with Claire (29, Scottish) and Marianna (29, Greek). Claire is an artist and therapist working both as a freelancer and in a museum. Marianna is a scientist who is doing her PhD in Biology.

In general, we are a pretty relaxed and open WG. We are not the biggest party people but of course we like to celebrate from time to time! During the day we are a mix of work-from-home and work-outside people. In the evening often we enjoy to catch up in the kitchen or the living room and have nice chats about our days.

We value openness and honesty and we want a warm, relaxed and tolerant flatmate.
We are looking for somebody who can see themselves living here long-term and has a peaceful energy. It is important for our landlord that you have proof of stable income.

Cleaning and respect are important for us and we have a cleaning schedule in which we rotate week
