Das Zimmer ist mit 2 Fenstern nach Süden ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung wird im Moment noch grundsaniert, deshalb gibt es bis jetzt auch noch keine Fotos außer dem Grundriss. Bis zum Einzugsdatum am 1. März werden durch den Eigentümer die Böden vollständig durch Parkett erneuert, das Bad neu gefliest und eine neue Dusche eingebaut und die Küche von meinem Mitbewohner und mir eingebaut. Außerdem werden alle Wände neu gestrichen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
The room has 2 south facing windows. Right now the flat is being modernized, so we don't have any pictures apart from the floorpan. The floors and bathroom will be fully replaced by the landlord and we will also rebuild the kitchen ourselves. Also all the walls are being painted at the moment. The room is unfurnished.
Die Wohnung liegt 10 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Zoo entfernt und 2 min vom U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz. Somit ist sie durch die Öffis sehr gut angeschlossen. Außerdem sind es zu Fuß 3 min zum Landwehrkanal und etwa 10 min in den Tiergarten. In den Nollendorfkiez sind es ebenfalls nur 10 min zu Fuß!
The flat is located within a 10 mins walk from Bahnhof Zoo and Tiergarten. Also, it's only 3 mins to U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz. The lively area around Nollendorfplatz is als 10 mins by foot from the flat!
Hey wir sind Arne und Bruno! Wir sind zwei Freunde, die sich seit 4 Jahren aus der Uni kennen. Wir haben beide im Dezember unseren Bachelor in Architektur an der UdK fertig gemacht und machen jetzt ein Semester Pause um zu Arbeiten. Jetzt ziehen wir zusammen in diese Wohnung, die im Moment noch grundsaniert wird und zum 1. März bezugsfertig sein wird. Hierfür suchen wir noch eine*n Mitbewohni für den Zeitraum 01.03 - 01.08.25! Wir kochen beide gerne und laden alle zwei Wochen bestimmt auch mal ein paar Freund*innen zu einem größeren gemeinsamen Abendessen ein! Außerdem sitzen wir gerne gemeinsam in der Küche und quatschen bei Kaffee oder einem Glas Rotwein über dies und das. We are two friends who got to know each other 4 years ago in university, studying architecture at UdK. We have both finished our Bachelor in December and will spend next semester working and moving in to the flat from March. We are looking for a roomie from March to the 1. of August. We both really enjoy cooking together and also like to invite people over for a large collective dinner every two weeks!
