-The room is very spacious, and bright, yet, it has blackout curtains as well.
- 1st floor of a student dorm, so would perfectly suit a student.
- Very spacious, approx 23 square meters so it can suit 2 persons perfectly also.
- It's equipped with: a refrigerator, a big wardrobe, a desk, 2 chairs, bed, a mirror, a fan to beat the heat, 4 shelves, an extra guest mattress, and a sofa-bed.
- The location is superb, 3 min. walk to S-Bahn Tiergarten.
- It is 3 min. walk from S-Bahn station (Tiergarten) that is well connected to almost every part of Berlin via S3, S5, S7, S9
- 1 S-Bahn stop from TU-Berlin, which can also be easily reached by bike in approx. 5 min or even less.
- Night buses also 3 min. walk distance (in front of the S-Bahn station as well).
- The flatmates are also students. We don't meet quite often since all of us are busy studying, but when we meet in the hallway or kitchen, it is always nice to have a nice conversation.
- The floor has 5 rooms for 5 residents sharing a kitchen and a bathroom, toilet & shower room.
- The shared bathroom & kitchen are shared with the other 4 students. Both are cleaned regularly by a cleaning company
- I'm looking for a responsible, tidy, nice person to take over my place during the specified time since I'll not be in Berlin.
- Rental period ideally from 1. April till the end of September.
- Move-in date would be a few days earlier than 1. April, this can be discussed.
- Anmeldung isn't possible unfortunately except for registeredstudents in Berlin
