WG Zimmer zur Untermiete befristet, let's talk about time

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezeichnet.
Die S Bahnstation Baumschulenweg ist ca. 2 min entfernt außerdem fahren den Busse 165 und 265 ebenfalls in 2 min Entfernung ab und durch die ganze Stadt, zusätzlich werden diese Linien auch Nachts als N65 befahren.
10 min fußläufig findest du Edeka, Lidl und Aldi sowie diverse Banken, Bäcker, Restaurants, Nagelstudios etc.
Genauso ist der Plänterwald unmittelbar in der Nähe, durch ihn geht es bis zum Treptower Park für schöne Spaziergänge.

Ich bin Domi (35) und gerne für einen gemeinsamen Kaffee&Schnack zu haben - alternativ auch bei Tee oder Wein und (sehr gerne) bei einer Partie Schach am Abend.
Ich lebe seit vielen Jahren in einer WG und habe bereits die verschiedensten Konstellationen erlebt.
Auf Grund der vielseitigen Erfahrungen möchte ich vorerst ein zeitlich befristetes Mietverhältnis und würde es gerne erstmal das Duo probieren.

Selbstverständlich schätze ich Privatsphäre und respektiere natürlich dein Bedürfnis nach Ruhe an einem langen Tag & wünsche mir das im Gegenzug auch von dir.

Wir würden eine 2er WG bilden daher wünsche ich mir eine respektvolles, freundliches & ehrliches Miteinander.
Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite in verschiedenen Schichten, bin daher viel unter Leuten.

Hin und wieder habe ich alte Freundschaften zu Besuch oder sitze auch mit einem Nachbarn bei einem Glas Wein und Musik in der Küche - Partys hingegen finden daheim eher nicht bzw. nie statt, da Berlin dafür genug Möglichkeiten bietet & den Tag über genug Trubel herrscht.

Ich wünsche mir eine entspannte WG in der wir zusammen sitzen und schnacken, uns aber auch jederzeit zurückziehen können wenn gewünscht.

Da ich lange keine Mitbewohner*in mehr gesucht habe, weiss ich nicht mehr was ich schreiben soll haha. Achja - in der Küche wird geraucht :/ I know I know bäh pfui aber es gibt Fenster zum Lüften yaay - Kompromissweise würde ich mich ansonsten damit auch in mein Zimmer zurück ziehen.

I’m Domi (35), and I’m always up for a coffee and a chat – or, alternatively, tea or wine, and (very much) a game of chess in the evening. At the same time, I value privacy and, of course, respect your need for peace and quiet after a long day – and I hope for the same in return.

We’d be forming a 2-person flatshare, so I’m looking for a respectful, friendly, and honest atmosphere. I work in shifts, so I’m often around people.

From time to time, I have old friends visiting, or I’m sitting with a neighbor, enjoying a glass of wine and some music in the kitchen. As for parties, they don’t really happen at my place – Berlin offers plenty of other options, and the day is already busy enough!

I’m looking for a relaxed flatshare where we can hang out and chat together, but also have the space to retreat whenever we need to.

The apartment is located in the lovely Baumschulenweg, and your future room is about 22 m² in size and comfortably furnished. The furnishings include a large Kallax shelf, a dresser, a bookshelf, a bar table, and a bed frame (140x200 cm with a slatted frame, but without a mattress). If you don’t bring your own mattress, I’m happy to help you organize one – feel free to check out the photos! =)

The location offers excellent transportation connections. The Baumschulenweg S-Bahn station is about 2 minutes away, and buses 165 and 265 also depart within 2 minutes and travel across the city. These lines also run at night as N65.

Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, as well as various banks, bakeries, restaurants, nail salons, and more. Additionally, the Plänterwald is just around the corner, offering a beautiful walk through to Treptower Park.

Since it’s been a while since I last looked for a roommate, I’m not sure what else to write – haha. Oh, and I should mention, I smoke in the kitchen :/ I know, I know, it’s not great, but there are windows for ventilation, so it’s all good. Yay!
