Wir sind eine junge, multikulturelle Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und vermieten ein Gästezimmer in unserer geräumigen 4-Raum Wohnung.
Unsere Küche sowie Ess-/Wohnbereich und natürlich das Badezimmer sind frei zugänglich und dürfen jederzeit genutzt werden. Auch Wlan steht zur Verfügung und das Gästezimmer hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon.
Wir bevorzugen eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin.
Eine Besichtigung ist jederzeit möglich und es kann auch für kurze Zeit angemietet werden.

We are a young, multicultural family with two children renting out a fully furnished room in our spacious apartment.
Our kitchen, dining and living room and of course bathroom can be used anytime. Wifi is included in the costs and the room has direct access to the balcony.
We prefer a female tenant.
You can have a look at the room anytime - and a video call is possible.
A short term rental is also fine.
