The flat was developed as a shared apartment concept. The individual rooms in the student residence are rented out with the following amenities:

The immediate proximity to the campus of the University of Applied Sciences (HTW). The river Spree's promenade is about 400m from the Student apartment. A fitness studio is also located in the immediate vicinity.
Tram lines 27, 60, 61 67 and the night bus N65 stop, is just a few metres from the building complex.
There is a laundry room on each floor with washing machines, these can be used via Wewash app for a fee (per wash).
