7. What are the documents students need to submit when renting a shared apartment?
When renting a shared apartment with Urban Ground, there are a few routine and standard documents that are expected from the prospective tenants. These include:

- Admission letter
- Blocked account details
- Copy of any government-issued ID
- Guarantor’s documents (Government issued ID, approval letter, work permit and contract, payroll of the past three months, SCHUFA (request now) , and rental agreement)
