The available room is located on the front side of the flat with a vast living room next to it and both of them sharing a balcony with it’s view reaching the telecommunications tower of Alexanderplatz.
It receives plenty of sunlight, has laminated floor, big wardrobe, a double bed, desk and chairs. All furniture listed above can be partially or completely removed in case you don’t need them. The rest of the flat is fully furnished and apart of my room and the common living room, it includes a big kitchen, an also big bathroom, an L shaped corridor and a small interior room used mostly for storage.
The house is located on the 4th floor, 5’ by foot from Treptower park (the best in the city) and it’s S-Bahn Station, with bus stops by the corner connecting to Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Friedrichshain etc.
Many supermarkets are on short walking distance. Some cafe-restaurants and lots of green to complete this peaceful and surrounded by water area.
Looking for a new flatmate that would take over the room starting preferably on 15.07 with a flexibility to start till 01.08 and for a minimum of 6 months. Then the tenancy can be extended to a much longer period if the flat share goes well.
I have normal standards about flat sharing that are based on my long experience of many different flat shares around the city. Therefore I like things going good with mutual respect as main principle.
My room is my private “sphere” during the 5 work days of the week, I like working on my personal projects in the living room when I have the time and always cooking my meals. I eat flexitarian, so cooking meat once per week and being a smoker (mostly weed). Quiet times are strict, we don’t throw parties in the flat cause the city offers plenty of it and although not being a cleaning maniac, I don’t let the place get dirty. Food and personal hygiene/washing stuff are individual, house keeping material is common, pets are not allowed and registration (Anmeldung) is of course possible. The given rent price includes all monthly bills except the ARD-ZDF that each one pays individually.
