Es wird ein großes 20m2 helles, möbliertes Zimmer in einer netten Mutter-Kind-Wohnung nach Vereinbarung vermietet.
Das Zimmer ist in einen großen Arbeits- sowie einen Schlafbereich aufgeteilt. (Neue Fotos mit Schreibtisch werden gerade erst gemacht und hochgeladen!)
Meine 2 Kinder sind 5 Jahre alt und du würdest ihnen häufig in Küche/Flur beim Spielen begegnen, deswegen wäre es schön, wenn du Kinder gewohnt bist bzw. mit ihren Abläufen kein Problem hast.
Wenn du eine berufstätige Person bist, melde dich bitte mit einer ausführlichen Bewerbung bei uns.
Die Wohnung liegt am wunderschönen Park Nähe S Bahnhof Treptower Park.
Die Umgebung ist sehr grün und sicher.
Fußläufig sind diverse Supermärkte, Spielplätze, Ärzte, Kitas, Kino, Restaurants…
Die Autobahnauffahrt Grenzallee ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Das gemeinsame Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet - Handtücher werden von uns gestellt.
Die gemeinsam genutzt Küche ist vollmöbliert.
Die ideale Dauer der Untervermietung ist 2 Monate (01.01.2025 - 01.03.2025), kann aber individuell vereinbart werden.

A large 20m2 bright, furnished room in a nice mother-child apartment is rented out shortly.
The room is divided into a large working area and a sleeping area. (New photos with desk are just being taken and uploaded!)
My 2 children are 5 years old and you would often meet them playing in the kitchen/hallway, so it would be nice if you are used to children or have no problems with their routines.
If you are a working person, please contact us with a detailed application.
The apartment is located in a beautiful park near Treptower Park train station.
The surrounding area is very green and safe.
Within walking distance are various supermarkets, playgrounds, doctors, daycare centers, cinemas, restaurants...
The Grenzallee motorway exit is also only a few minutes away.
The shared bathroom has a bathtub - towels are provided by us.
The shared kitchen is fully furnished.
The duration of the sublease is ideally 2 months (01.01.2025 - 01.03.2025), but can be agreed individually.
It may also be possible to register.

We are lucky to call Treptower Park our home - as it is ideal for long walks, biking, jogging and many more outdoor activities.
"Schlesisches Tor" and "Warschauer Straße" are a 5-10 min bike ride away - close enough to mingle with friends for a cocktail, but far enough away to be annoyed by drunk people walking down the streets...
There are several busses (165, 265) and trains (S41, S42, S8, S9) taking you into the city center and out of the city within walking distance. Also the Autobahn, if you prefer taking a car, is only a few minutes away ("Grenzallee").
Also only 500m away is a shopping center aka. "Park Center", with shops like Deichmann, Fitness Am Park,, Rossmann, Apollo, McPaper, Nanunana, McGeiz, Pharmacy, etc.
But there are also a movie theater, a casino, several "Spätis" (late night shops) and other supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Netto) around the corner.
I’m working full time, but if we are home we want to enjoy our peace and quiet time.
No offense: please feel free to party hard people - just not at home! ;-)
