Zu vermieten ist ein helles und geräumiges Altbauzimmer in einer entspannten WG. Da ich gerade umziehe ist die Wohnung gerade ein wenig im Umbruch:)
Sowohl in der Küche als auch im Wohnzimmer werden neue Möbel von meiner Mitbewohner im Laufe der Zeit besorgt.
Das Zimmer kommt mit einem Bett mit Matratze, Kleiderstange und Spiegel. Unter dem Bett ist zusätzlich Staumöglichkeit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Schöneweide, ca. 5 Minuten Fussläufig zur Spree und ungefähr 2 zum nächsten Café um dich mit Croissants zu versorgen. An der S Schöneweide ist man auch gut an den Rest der Stadt angebunden.
Wir waren immer eine WG voller Cookies, Filmabende und Glühwein. Um die Weihnachtszeit hat das natürlich seinen Höhepunkt. Tamara studiert gerade im Master Wirtschaftspsychologie und unterrichtet Kanu.
Im allgemeinen waren wir immer eine entspannte und respektvolle WG und suchen jemand der Verständnis für Verränderung hat. Da ich aussziehe, sind hier und da paar Sachen gerade provisorisch. Mit der Zeit kauft meine Mitbewohnerin sich jedoch neue Möbel für das Wohnzimmer und die Küche:)
Die Mietzeit ist 6 Wochen, danach übernimmt Tamara die Wohnung alleine. Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
