I'm searching for someone to take over my room for most of the year.
The flat is 2 minutes from a bus station and 10 from S Plänterwald or S Baumschulenweg.
There is a supermarket close by and a little forest as well.
When you go straight through the forest there is wonderful view on the Spree... and the treptower park very close by.
Bycicling to Neukölln takes approx. 10 minutes.
Thats basically it, if the dates are fitting you, please write me a message and we can discuss the rest.
For April only half of the rent (295 Euro).

close to Treptower park, Alexanderplatz, Ostbahnhof etc. supermarkets all around. The Spree walking distance with little forest. Two stations for the train can be reached by walking approx. 10 minutes. Bus station is 2 minutes away and around the corner you can find a cheap supermarket.
Normally we are 2 girls living here and have a very friendly and relaxed atmosphare with each other. Due to I will be gone we might wont have the chance to get to know each other, but my flat mate is a very nice person and I'm sure you will get along very well.
When it comes to the cleaning, we were normally exchanging turns, but I'm sure you will find a suitable arrangement.
Other then that just enjoy your stay in Berlin ;)
