* IMPORTANT: We are looking for a new tenant (preferably male, but not mandatory) as we would like to preserve a healthy balance in the apartment *. The move in date is 7st of December. Anmeldung is possible.
MANDATORY and unfortunately non negotiable:
- Someone staying at least SIX MONTHS, preferably 1 to 3 years.
- Proof of work/internship contract OR university enrolment of a duration of minimum 6 months (language courses do not count)
- A deposit of two months will have to be sent right after the signature of the contract.
It's a 10m2 cosy furnished room over the internal court, with bright light, very fresh in summer. It has all the basic furniture including a bed, lamps, shelf, desk, chair and a little couch.
The apartment is actually two apartments connected together so they also include a well equiped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (so you will share the bathroom with just 2 other flatmates).
3 minutes to S Nöldnerplatz, 10 minutes to S Ostkreuz by foot, supermarkets, cafés close by (with lovely owners), & it's a quiet neighbourhood. There are loads of families living around, the water (Rummelsburger Bucht) is close by. Nice to go there for picnics, taking a walk, running or watching the sunset.
We are looking for someone who is mindful and clean. The kitchen is shared between six people so it is important to us that a decent level of cleanliness is maintained. We also share food (groceries and general household stuff). However, the level of participation is quite flexible. This also works as a nice initiative to cook together and socialise at the end of the day.
We all work or study in different fields, from physical engineering to litterature, music production and e-commerce. Our interests are just as diverse, from gym to theatre, coffee or tea, Muay Thay, piano, swimming, cooking and chess.
We prioritise mainting a warm family-like environment where everyone still has access to their own personal space. Friends are always welcome to come over for dinner so we like to meet new people and be social, however we do not throw parties in this apartment.
The interested people will be invited to a in person viewing on Sunday Nov 17th at 12pm :) If you cannot join in person, we will also host an online meeting on the same day at 11am. Please let us know which you'd prefer.
