Beschreibung:
Die Wohnung hat 70m², ist sehr gemütlich und weiträumig mit einem schönen langen Flur und hohen Decken, einem Balkon und Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock im Hinterhaus, daher sehr leise und hell.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Kochtöpfen, Pfanne usw... Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist auch schon ausgestattet mit einem Eizelbett, großem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, etc. (Möbel können ausgetauscht werden)
Vermietung:
Die angegebene Miete enthält Rundfunkgebühren, WLAN, Heizung, Wasser und Strom. Bei übermäßigem Verbrauch werden die Nebenkosten nachberechnet.
Die erste Miete fällt direkt bei Bestätigung an.

Description:
The flat has 70m², two bedrooms, a large hallway, spacious with a bathtub ans balcony. It’s located on the 4th floor “Hinterhaus”, therefore very quiet and bright with high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cutlery, table wear, pans, etc…
The bathroom has a bath tub, and a washingmachine.
The room for rent is also equipped with the essencials like a single bed, desk, big wardrope etc. (furniture can be replaced)
Rent:
The indicated rent includes German TV fees, internet, electricity, heating, water, etc.
The first rent will be paid as confirmation.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin Mitte/Wedding, 13353 Berlin im 4. Stock Hinterhaus.
Die Lage ist relativ gut mit zwei U-Bahnstationen (U6, U9) jeweils 5-7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Busse 106 und 221 und die Straßenbahn fahren direkt vor der Haustüre. Es gibt an der Müllerstraße alle Supermärkte (Lidl, Penny, Bio Company, REWE, denns, dm, H&M). Außerdem befindet sich gegenüber der Park Rehberge und der Plötzensee - der zentralste Badesee Berlins! Die Wohnung ist schön leise, weil sie im Hinterhaus liegt.

The flat is located in Berlin Mitte/Wedding 13353 Berlin on the 4th floor Hinterhaus.
The location and connection is really nice with two subway stations close-by (5-7 minutes walk to each station) and the bus and tram right in front of the house.
There are a lot of supermarket and cafés, as well as a huge park (Rehberge) and the lake Plötzensee.
Da wir nur zu zweit in der Wohnung leben werden, ist mir ein gutes Verhältnis zu meinem Mitbewohner sehr wichtig. Besten Falls sind wir nicht nur Mitbewohner sondern auch Freunde.
Ich suche nach einer Person die zuverlässig, offen, sozial und vorallem humorvoll ist.
