18 sqm, very bright room, super well connected, allowed to use the furniture of course :)

My roomies also speak english. So for english speakers - pls translate the rest.

I will upload pictures of the bathroom and the kitchen later. Those are the common spaces used in our flat.

Die Wohnung befindet sich einem schönen Altbauhaus in Wedding/Gesundbrunnen und man ist hier gut angebunden. Die Tramlinien M13 und 50 fahren direkt vor der Tür, die U8 Pankstraße und die Buslinie M77 sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß jeweils am S Gesundbrunnen und S Bornholm Straße.
Zum Einkaufen ist es hier im Kiez auch nicht weit. Lidl, Rewe, DM und das Gesundbrunnen Center lässt auch keine Wünsche offen.
Ein paar sweete Bars und Restaurants lassen sich hier auch finden und die Panke und der Humboldhain sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Wir wohnen hier zu sechst und unsere WG ist gerade ein bisschen in der Neufindung.

Kira, 25, studiert soziale Arbeit. Sie ist viel mit Freund:innen unterwegs, kocht gerne und geht gerne bouldern.

Theresa, 21, studiert Medizin. Sie ist viel unterwegs, mit Freund:innen oder bei ihrem Pferd im Stall, und hat über die letzten Monate unseren Balkon richtig schön bepflanzt.

Jean, 24, macht gerade ein Praktikum in Berlin und ist voraussichtlich noch bis November in der WG.

Lena, ist neu, mega liebe Jurastudentin.

Lukas, auch neu, sehr entspannter dude der ein Praktikum bis 03/2024 macht.

Perspektivisch sind also Kira, Theresa und ich fester Bestandteil der WG. Für weitere anstehende WG-Castings wirst du natürlich mit einbezogen. :)
